Hello my dearies! Today I made some cute little Halloween cupcakes! :) It was huge fun making them since I haven’t been doing anything with a face on it for at least 13 years? :) The recipe for the cupcakes itself is really tasty and I kept it to the half amount since I try to only use as much as I can eat or everyone else wants to eat :) And less sugar is always good as we know! But this is a basic dough recipe and can go with any toppings.
And this is all you need:
- 260g flour
- 240g Sugar
- 1 packe vanille sugar
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Backpulver
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 160g Butter (room temperature)
- 2 Eggs(room temperature)
- 4Tablespoons of cocoa
- 10 Tablespoons of milk (room temperature)
On the picture you see that I halfed everything but the original recipe incluedes all the amounts mentioned above :)
1) Take a bowl and add butter, sugar and vanilla sugar together stir it until it gets crumbly. Then add the egg into it.
2) Mixx cocoa, packing soda, a bit salt and the flour all together in an extra bowl and slowly add it into the dough by also adding milk into it.
Dough is now ready to rumble! :) Place the dough into the cupcake plate, leave it in the pre-heated oven by 180° degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Now its time for the decoration by using chocalate. I used dark chocalte but you can use any type you want.
Take how much you want and melt it together with a bit of butter, sugar powder and cream.
Once it’s all melty and yummy looking, put it away for a short while to let the bulk get a bit hard.
You can use all kinds of candys to make it look a scarry but tasty cupcake :) I hope you enjoyed this one!
